Patrick Monk (PAT) Peacefully passed away on Friday 4th May 2018, aged 87 years. Beloved father to Kevin & Teresa. Much loved Grandfather. Reunited with his sweetheart Pauline. He will be missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service will take place at Chelmsford Crematorium South Chapel on Friday 1st June 2018 at 3.30pm.
