ARTHUR REGINALD OWERS MBE Passed away peacefully at home on 19th February 2017 aged 100 years. Beloved Husband of the late Rose for 72 years. Cherished Dad to Tony, Trevor and Terry, Grandad to Mark, Simon and Hayley and Great-Grandad to Oscar, Eleanor, Fletcher, Nevaeh-May and Oakley. He will be deeply missed. The family are so grateful to Forest Carers, District Nurses, Doctors, medical teams and St Clare Hospice for their fantastic care and kindness. Funeral service to take place at All Saints Church, High Roding on Monday 27th March at 2.00pm, followed by cremation at Chelmsford Crematorium. Family flowers only please.
