KEITH ALAN MACKMAN (Former District Councillor) Passed away unexpectedly on 24th October 2016 aged 59 years. A much loved Son and Brother who will be sadly missed by his family and many friends Funeral service to take place on Wednesday 30th November 2016 at Chelmsford Crematorium (South) at 1.30pm.
