GRACE ROSE YOUNG (NEE MERRITT) Passed away peacefully on 26th May 2016, aged 89 years. A dearly loved Mum to her Daughters Jackie and the late Terry and Grandmother to Ian, Katy and Darren. She will be greatly missed by all her loving family and friends. Funeral service to be held at Three Counties Crematorium on Wednesday 22nd June at 10.00am.
