KEITH JOHN JOSEPH SMITH Peacefully passed away on 20th August 2015, aged 71 years. A Husband, Dad and Grandad who will be sadly missed by all his family. Funeral service to be held at Three Counties Crematorium, Braintree on Tuesday 15th September at 12pm. Family flowers only please.
