DONALD CARTER HAZELWOOD Passed away peacefully at home on 6th August 2015, aged 85 years. Beloved, loved and steadfast Husband of Jacqueline, who will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Funeral service to be held at Three Counties Crematorium on Wednesday 19th August at 11am.
