GRACE EMILY NICHOLS Passed away peacefully at home on 3rd September 2012. A dearly loved Mother, Nan and Great Nan. We miss you. Thanks to her doctors and the nurses from South Essex Partnership Trust and carers from Forest Homecare for their excellent care and support. Funeral service to be held at Chelmsford Crematorium on Wednesday 19th September at 2.15pm. Family flowers only please but donations, if desired, made payable to Diabetes UK may be sent c/o Daniel Robinson and Sons, Haslers Lane, Gt Dunmow, Essex, CM6 1XS.
