PHYLLIS JEAN PERRY Passed away on 26th June 2012, aged 66 years after a long illness bravely borne. She will be sadly missed but never forgotten by her family and friends. Dave and Carron would like to express their grateful thanks to all who were involved in her support and care. Funeral service to take place at St Marys Church, Gt Dunmow on Tuesday 10th July at 2pm. Family flowers only please, but donations, if desired, may be made payable to Parkinsons UK and sent c/o Daniel Robinson and Sons, Haslers Lane, Gt Dunmow, Essex, CM6 1XS.
