PHYLLIS SMITH, passed away on 7th April 2009 aged 81 Loving mum to Gillian and Linda and special grandma to Lee, Katherine and Phil. She will be sadly missed by her loving family and friends. Funeral Service at Chelmsford Crematorium on Friday 17th April at 10-15 am. Floral tributes may be sent to T Pennack and Sons, Funeral Directors, 1/3 Maldon Road, Great Baddow, Chelmsford CM2 7DW.
