Pupils from Rayne Primary and Nursery School joined their sister schools from Attain Academy Trust for their very first arts festival.
The event was held at Charter Hall in Colchester, and parents were welcomed into the building by an art exhibition displaying winning entries from each school.
'Mary Poppins' hosted the festival, which staff described as "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious".

Pupils from all seven schools joined in performing 'When I Grow Up' from Matilda the Musical and 'Let's Go Fly A Kite' from Mary Poppins.
The theme for the festival was the King's Coronation, and children from Rayne performed poetry and sang 'I Am The Earth' by Glyn Lehmann - enhanced by modern dance - in honour of King Charles' passion for the environment and conservation.
