The Jalsa Ghar Indian restaurant in Dunmow celebrated its 25th anniversary with a charity evening.
More than 60 guests attended the event on Monday, October 9, including Mayor of Dunmow Cllr Alex Armstrong, with food and drink supplied by Zia Chowdhury and his team.
The evening raised more than £2,000, and all proceeds have been donated to the Helen Rollason Cancer Charity.
Helen Rollason ambassador Lyn Crowther said: "A very enjoyable evening was had by all with exceptional food and drink.
