Little Canfield Men's Shed recently welcomed MP Kemi Badenoch to demonstrate their work tackling loneliness and isolation.
Volunteers Matt Creed and Geoff Winckles spoke to Mrs Badenoch about the shed, which offers a space for men to meet each other and pick up new skills, or simply have a cup of tea with company.

The shed is part of the wider Essex Shed Network, and is open to men aged 18 plus.
Mrs Badenoch said: "Thank you to Matt and Geoff who volunteer at Little Canfield Men’s Shed for all the excellent work they do as part of this project.
“It was great to hear about the camaraderie and skill-sharing among members as they work on various woodworking and DIY projects."
