CraftAbility, formerly Thaxted Centre for the Disabled, provides craft activities for disabled people and recently celebrated its 60th anniversary.
The centre in Dunmow Road is open on Mondays and Thursdays from 9.30am to 2.30pm, and people are welcome to pop in during those times for a drink and a biscuit and to find out more about the charity's work.
