Flowers of all colours and varieties were on display at Bardfield Horticultural Society's annual Spring Show.
The show was held at the town hall on Saturday, March 23, with entries from across the village and beyond.
A spokesperson for the society said: "The entries were of a high standard and varied - including floral art displays using walking boots, and displays in teapots!
"Bardfield School excelled with a fabulous amount of spring flowers in mugs and colourful pictures too."
The society hosted an inter-village competition, which was won by Gosfield villagers, who took away a shield to hold for a year.
The Bell Inn allowed the society to use the pub to serve tea and homemade cakes.
Upcoming horticultural society events include a local garden visit on Saturday, April 27 and a spring event on Saturday, May 18.
The Summer Show will take place on Saturday, August 3, and there will be a harvest supper on Saturday, October 5 ahead of the society AGM on October 22.
The spokesperson added: "Many thanks go to all our supporters and our super enthusiastic, hardworking committee."
Anyone who would like to get involved with the society is asked to contact Linda Prior on 01371 811641.
