An equestrian show featuring King Charles II is set to be the main attraction at Audley End this August bank holiday weekend.
The 'All the King's Horses' historical re-enactment event will see King Charles II and his entourage take centre stage at the English Heritage site.
The event will feature a grand procession, royal displays, and a horse racing event where spectators can place bets.
There will also be a dressage performance by French riding group 'Les Ecuyers d'Histoire,' and a vaulting display.
Josh Rhodes, assistant events manager at English Heritage, said: "There are few sights as glorious as seeing horses displaying their majesty and elegance.
"Audley End’s history is intertwined with horses, and our resident horses remain a huge draw for visitors today.
"We are excited to bring this popular event back to Audley and know that visitors are in for a real treat."
The display plays a part in Audley End's rich history with horses.

The estate's former residents, including Lord and Lady Braybrooke, would have relied on horses for transport and leisure activities such as hunting.
At times, they would have had more than 40 horses to care for.
'All the King's Horses' will run at Audley End, Saffron Walden, from Saturday, August 24 to Monday, August 26, 10am to 6pm.
