Land at Thaxted which has been granted planning consent for a travellers' site is up for auction next month.
The land, on the north side of Bardfield Road, is listed for the Clive Emson Land & Property Auctioneers sale on Friday, November 1.
Regional director and auctioneer Paul Bridgeman said: "This triangular parcel of vacant land is situated to the east of Thaxted and has a gated entrance off Bardfield End Green.

"Planning permission was granted on appeal for change of use of the land to use as a residential caravan site for one traveller family with two caravans, a utility building and hardstanding."
The site is approximately 0.09 hectares, is freehold and is guided for £150,000-plus.
